What happens when a trial ends, or you stop paying or cancel?
Your site is never deleted — it moves to an Archive state. Everything you've published stays online on a Neopress subdomain, and your links and search presence remain intact. Editing and new publishing pause, but restart a plan anytime and pick up right where you left off.

How are pageviews counted?
Pageviews count human visits plus crawls made by AI to cite your pages in its answers. Other crawling — such as search engine indexing or AI training crawlers — is not counted.
What happens if I go over my included pageviews?
Your site never gets cut off. If you exceed your included pageviews, usage is billed at $1 per 1,000 additional PV. Overage from the previous billing cycle is added to your next invoice.
What happens when my 7-day free trial ends?
When the trial ends, your site moves to an Archive state. Everything you've already published stays online, and your forms keep capturing leads. Start Launch or Growth anytime to keep editing and publishing.
How do plan changes and cancellation work?
When you upgrade, new benefits apply immediately and you're only charged a prorated difference for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and any usage overage from that period is billed in a final invoice afterwards.
